Transradial Summit Registration Form

As with all PAMEAS programs, the directors and organizers of the Transradial Summit progrmas are committed to producing the finest, most practical transradial education and training available anywhere. We are able to do this because of the support provided by our industry partners and other educational grants received by PAMEAS to improve patient care through healthcare provider education.

There is no registration fee to attend Transradial Summit programs, but space is limited and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. (Note that we may charge non-supporting industry representatives a registration fee - contact us for more information.)

Registration will be capped and accepted according to the registration date in order to insure maximal opportunities for faculty interaction and access to our transradial simulation units, so you will be contacted after submitting your registration information below to acknowledge your registration.

We have a limited number of travel scholarships for each program. If you are not local to a program and wish to apply for a travel scholarship, please indicate that below and provide your home zip code. We will review the applications and award travel scholarships for each program based on a first-come, first-served basis and on the amount of scholarship funds we collect for each program. You'll be notified if you have received a travel scholarship by email after you submit your registration.
